People Make it Work

Caroline is an Associate of People Make it Work recently working on the Change Creation Programme. Change Creation enables leaders to transform their organisation in ways that will make it more resilient. It’s one of four strands of the Building Resilience Programme, funded by Arts Council England. The strands are designed to provide different kinds of support and focus.
