Devising a new learning and engagement strategy
CMA researched and evaluated the current learning offer in October 2018 and supported Jane Austen’s House Museum in devising a new Learning Strategy. We made recommendations for the museum’s learning offer and proposed partnerships in a five year plan. Our aim was to enable the museum to develop a flagship young people’s programme, in order for more people to engage with Jane Austen’s work. We supported the museum to redevelop and refresh their programming and explored new planning and evaluation processes. We also made recommendations to increase the museum’s online digital offer.
